Founder & CEO Eden Brazil created Hot Body Method November 2024 and in such a short time, what began as a single vision has grown into it's own little empire & thriving community. Our clients is what truly shaped Hot Body as it is today. Seeing real results in real time, Eden knew she had created something different - something unlike any other workout out there.
